Shipping Policy

Delivery Courier
We use SF Express for all deliveries of homeware and accessories.

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery for local orders over HK$600 (after discounts).
• For orders below HK$600, a standard delivery charge of HK$60 applies.

Delivery Time

Orders will be dispatched within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather), delivery may take longer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow the status of your delivery.

Delivery Acceptance
Upon delivery, customers are responsible for checking the condition and quantity of items after unpacking. If you choose not to inspect the items at the time of delivery, Clip HK reserves the right not to accept claims for damages, defects, or discrepancies thereafter. Once a parcel is signed for, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage.
