Order Cancellation
Under normal circumstances, once an online order has been confirmed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
If you encounter the following issues, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order and provide relevant photo evidence. We will assess the situation and arrange a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate:
- Product received does not match the order (e.g., wrong style, color, or size)
- Product has visible quality issues (e.g., damage, stains, sewing defects)
- Product was damaged during delivery
Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to natural variations in materials (e.g., color tone, texture, slight size differences).
Non-Returnable Conditions
We are unable to process returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Requests based on personal preferences (e.g., change of mind, color discrepancy, mismatch with personal items)
- Products that have been used, washed, had labels removed, or altered in any way
- Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Requests submitted after the 7-day period
- Color differences caused by screen display (this is considered a normal occurrence)
- Damage caused by improper use or mishandling
Return/Exchange Process
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item (including weekends and public holidays) and provide the following information for assessment:
- Order number
- Photos showing the issue (including packaging and product condition)
- Contact name and phone number
Clip HK will review the case based on the information provided and determine if the item is eligible for return or exchange.
All return or refund processes typically require 7–14 business days (excluding holidays) to complete. The refunded amount will be based on the original payment (excluding shipping fees, applied discounts, or additional handling charges).
Final Rights & Discretion
Clip HK reserves the right to make the final decision on return eligibility, refund method, and refund amount.
In the event of any disputes, Clip HK reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
